Level 1/ 62 Carr Street Coogee Beach, above Barzura Restaurant. Open all day, everyday.
Yoga, Pilates, and meditation are all powerful practices that encourage us to embrace the present moment and connect deeply with our bodies and minds. They teach us how to be “free to be” by fostering self-awareness and mindfulness, allowing us to let go of stress, expectations, and distractions.
Through yoga, we learn to move with intention and find balance, while Pilates focuses on strength and control, helping us cultivate a deep sense of grounding. Meditation brings stillness and clarity, guiding us to quiet the mind and simply exist without judgment. Together, these practices create a space where we can be authentic, free from the pressures of the outside world, and fully present with who we are ❤
Kirtan with Mark & Mish!
Friday 7 March
7-8:30pm
Kirtan is the yogic practice of chanting mantras melodically to calm the mind and elevate the spirit. No musical experience is necessary. A percentage of this kirtan will be donated to the Livingroom’s Tanzania project (communitiesassist.org).
Kirtan will be back the first Friday in February!
