Yin Yoga and Reiki
A nourishing yin practice awaits, with a focus on restoring balance to your active springtime energy. This is your chance to slow down and turn your attention inward to nourish the parts of you that have been over worked and stressed. You’ll enjoy reiki throughout the evening to help with your energy healing, and we’ll end the night with the sound of Alec’s soothing voice.
Unwind into a loving space that will serve only to fill your cup and restore your nervous system.
This event is strictly capped at only 15 participants, so each person can receive as much reiki as possible.
Book now to avoid disappointment. We cannot wait to see you then.
Yin Yoga & Live Music
with Isabella Frances and Mia Burlinson ~ a rejuvenating Yin Yoga experience, enhanced by the magical sound healing from Mia!
60 minutes of revitalising Yin Yoga designed to leave you feeling open and connected—physically and energetically. Yin Yoga helps release built-up tension and rigidity, restoring vital energy to all functions of the body. This is infused with hands on assists from Isabella, the assists aim to move deeper into fascial lines of the body to allow nurturing of the energetic body, based in zenthai principles of touch.
Mia will guide us into a deeply restorative state with her exquisite sound healing, featuring a symphony of crystal bowls, traditional wooden instruments, guitar, a beautiful handpan, and her soothing voice. The vibrations will gently shift us away from stress state, repurposing this energy to reset and restore what has been overworked.
Set against the serene backdrop of The Livingroom Yoga school, with the fresh ocean air and soothing sound of crashing waves, this is a perfect opportunity to unwind and reconnect. We’re also thrilled to partner with Rainbow Chai, and the evening will conclude with a selection of delicious, caffeine-free teas.
