Yoga with Stangers
Friday 10 April 7pm – 8pm
Come connect for an evening of movement, breath and connection with strangers.
Beginning with a yoga flow to help you arrive, soften and settle into your body, followed by guided small group conversations designed to spark meaningful connection and reflection.
Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
Embodied Expression Workshop
Friday 17 April, 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Join Annie for a nourishing 2 hour boutique style workshop. Experience an embodied voice and movement journey at the beautiful Livingroom Coogee yoga studio – with gorgeous ocean views in a safe and supportive container. Specifically held in the later hours of the day to enjoy resting in the peaceful ‘transition into darkness’ – inviting you to go deeper within.
You will experience guided gentle somatic movement on the mat, and as a group we will open up a soothing circle of sound – with a ‘vocal expression session’ to activate the vagus nerve, encourage a parasympathetic nervous system state and enjoy the power of sound vibration. Free your body, free your voice.
This workshop is open to all levels of experience.
Balanced Soul Pilates
Sunday 26 April, 11.30am – 3.00pm
Come join Kayley and the team for another Balanced Soul community day on Sunday 26th April. There will be six 30 minute beginner friendly mat pilates classes taught by different local instructors followed by a yummy Health Lab treat after your class.
Perfect way to make some new friends, beginners welcome.
Monthly Coogee Kirtan
Join Mark the first Friday of every month for a heart opening night of bhakti love, community and joyful hearts.
