Livingroom Workspaces
- 2x rooms available to rent
- $100+GST per day (7am-7pm)
- $450+GST per week (room with no aircon)
- $500+GST per week (room with aircon/heatpump)
- Includes power, wifi, hot showers
- Permanent or part time availability
These rooms have previously been used as therapy rooms for:
- Massage and Acupuncture
- Beauty therapy
- and as office spaces to run online/ remote businesses

Studio Hire
Host your workshops and events at The Livingroom!
General information
- $100+ GST per hour
- 15 min set up + 15 min pack down time will also be charged
Availability for studio hire are:
- Fridays from 7pm
- Saturdays 12-3pm + 6.30-8.30pm
- Sundays 12-4pm
Covid safe regulations:
- Maximum 22 people, including facilitators
- Social distancing must apply
- All participants will need to bring their own mats & props etc + sanitise their space after the session is over
- Hosts need to provide us with a contact list of all participants
- Studio must be cleaned and sanitised after the event.
